Digital Fleet Support Developer

Responsibilities

• Identify supervision needs for trains in operation and maintain relationships with internal and external clients
• Maintain the Digital Services platform solution catalog for application across various projects
• Define the supervision roadmap and provide requirements to the Fleet Support Center
• Develop service offerings in alignment with projects and Service Centers
• Define data exploitation processes and measure supervision adoption to drive action plans
• Define the strategy and deployment roadmap for fleet supervision by identifying technical solutions and user needs

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent (Bac+5)
• Experience in the railway sector or with embedded electronic systems
• Knowledge of communication architectures and/or data management is a plus
• Strong analytical skills, initiative, and ability to propose innovative solutions
• Proven leadership and communication skills within a matrix organization
• Fluency in both French and English
• Availability for occasional travel within France, Belgium, and Luxembourg
