Digital Experience Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead implementations of Medallia’s Digital Experience Analytics (DXA) software
• Collect customer requirements and create technical specifications
• Analyze and interpret digital experience data to identify trends, pain points, and growth opportunities
• Present findings through compelling storytelling to drive executive action
• Act as a strategic advisor to ensure clients extract maximum business value and ROI from the platform
• Support QA, client UAT, and launch processes
• Partner with client teams to resolve technical issues and oversee account performance
• Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to align capabilities with client visions

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing, technical, or professional services role
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a demonstrated interest in technology
• Ability to translate between business problems and technical concepts
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize large volumes of data

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical proficiency in Javascript, HTML, CSS, and XML
• Understanding of data transfer protocols (SFTP, API, SSH, PGP)
• Experience with digital platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
• Familiarity with A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, AEP) and Tag Management Systems
• Experience with Voice of Customer tools (Medallia, iperceptions, or Trustpilot)
• Demonstrated exposure to the full software lifecycle
