Digital Experience Specialist II

Responsibilities

• Design and manage digital engagement initiatives including in-app messaging and guided product experiences
• Analyze user behavior and product usage data to identify trends and experience gaps
• Configure and maintain digital experience elements within approved platforms
• Partner with product management, customer success, and marketing to align initiatives with product updates
• Plan and coordinate digital experience projects, defining scope, timelines, and success measures
• Evaluate effectiveness of engagement activities through performance reporting and experimentation
• Build in-app walkthroughs and automated onboarding flows to drive user success

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a related role
• Experience building in-app walkthroughs and automated communication flows
• Proven ability to design digital engagement or customer experience initiatives in a SaaS environment
• Proficiency in interpreting user behavior data for actionable recommendations
• Experience with digital engagement or customer experience platforms
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills
• Experience with at least one of: Planhat, Churnzero, WalkMe, AppCues, Gainsight, Pendo, or Intercom

Preferred Qualifications

• University degree
• Experience supporting digital onboarding or lifecycle engagement in a subscription-based SaaS model
