Digital Experience Leader

Responsibilities

• Define and champion the digital experience vision and roadmap for the organization
• Oversee the delivery of exceptional digital experiences across all platforms and channels
• Lead cross-functional teams including UI/UX, Frontend, Digital Product, and Marketing
• Set and monitor KPIs for digital experience quality, engagement, and conversion
• Drive innovation in personalization, A/B testing, and user journey optimization
• Ensure digital experience standards, usability, accessibility, and brand consistency
• Report on digital experience performance and recommend strategic improvements to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in digital leadership roles
• Proven track record in digital transformation and experience management
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Deep understanding of digital platforms, analytics, and user experience best practices
• Experience with large-scale CMS and personalization tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in omnichannel digital strategy
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital product management
• Knowledge of data-driven marketing and customer journey mapping
