Digital Experience Developer II

Responsibilities

• Own the technical health, performance, and reliability of iconbuild.com
• Build and maintain new pages, templates, and interactive features for marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with design teams to translate Figma mockups into responsive web experiences
• Implement and maintain tracking infrastructure including Google Tag Manager and GA4
• Build and maintain data dashboards synthesizing website data from various sources
• Provide backend support, including bug fixes and internal tooling, during downtime
• Optimize site speed, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional web development experience
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Experience with a major CMS, preferably Webflow
• Familiarity with React or Vue
• Working knowledge of Node.js, Python, RESTful APIs, and SQL/NoSQL databases
• Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows
• Expertise in Google Tag Manager and GA4
• Ability to build data dashboards using Looker Studio or similar tools
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a design system
• Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing tools
• Experience in a high-growth startup environment
