Digital Experience, Brand & Content Strategist

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, planning, and cross-functional execution of a major corporate website redesign initiative
• Define website goals, audience journeys, information architecture, and content strategy
• Partner with UX, design, development, SEO, and marketing stakeholders
• Develop and evolve digital brand storytelling frameworks across web and owned channels
• Create strategic content plans to support awareness, engagement, and demand generation
• Monitor and analyze website performance, engagement metrics, and SEO performance
• Manage agency and vendor relationships related to website strategy and development

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in digital strategy, content strategy, brand strategy, UX content, or digital marketing
• Proven experience leading or managing large-scale website redesign projects
• Strong understanding of digital UX principles, information architecture, SEO, and conversion optimization
• Experience developing strategic messaging and content frameworks for B2B or complex healthcare organizations
• Experience working with CMS platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing technologies
• Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare, health tech, or B2B SaaS experience
