About the role
Responsibilities
- Support copywriting and translation across website, product descriptions, newsletters, Instagram, LINE, and other touchpoints
- Assist with content localization for the Japanese market
- Maintain COS brand tone, style, and grammar consistency
- Support SEO, digital engagement, and customer experience initiatives
- Coordinate content and assets across teams and channels
- Work with Japan e-commerce stakeholders and external agencies
- Assist with translation coordination and other basic admin tasks
Requirements
- Fluent Japanese and business-level English
- Strong interest in fashion, writing, and digital content
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Well-organized and able to meet deadlines
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Internship or exposure to fashion/digital is a plus
