Digital Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage on and offline media buying for various planned campaigns, including grid reviews and material delivery.
• Monitor campaign implementation and track ODC (Order Delivery Confirmation) status.
• Monitor media performance against planned KPIs in collaboration with specialists and generate actionable insights.
• Oversee the billing process by managing ODCs and ensuring accurate system loading in Advertmind.
• Coordinate with major platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google, and programmatic providers to ensure timely invoicing and reconciliation.
• Streamline closing processes for the finance department to ensure timely client billing and collection.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media, or a related field.
• 6 to 12 months of experience working within media agencies.
• Solid knowledge of both on and offline media landscapes.
• Proficiency in using Advertmind.
• Understanding of administrative processes within a media agency environment.
• Basic to intermediate English language skills.
