About the role
Responsibilities
- Participate in events planning and scheduling
- Provide support on different types of events in line with Microsoft corporate guidelines
- Consult on Event Platforms (ON24, Teams) and internal event management tools
- Act as Project Manager for event execution, coordinating VML, Microsoft, and third-party stakeholders
- Manage event participants' agendas and assets such as videos and presentations
- Execute events from start to finish, including chat moderation and post-event reporting
- Educate stakeholders on the MC Program Events agenda and share best practices
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in marketing-related initiatives
- 1-2+ years of experience in events management, project, or account management
- Experience managing projects and campaigns of growing complexity
- Experience cooperating with senior client and agency stakeholders
- Proven project management skills and ability to meet critical deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Fluent English
- Native speaker or C1 level in German, French, Italian, or Spanish
