Digital Environment Engineer

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a digital environment with direct connections to multi-level data services, including the Unified Data Library and National Space Defense Center
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the Government on cloud architectures and acquisition strategies
• Act as a subject matter expert on digital engineering ecosystems, implementations, and rapid software acquisition strategies
• Provide IT configuration and management support, including fail-safes, software refreshes, and hardware equipment management across multiple classifications
• Advise on digital engineering initiatives for acquisition, sustainment, and launch
• Assist in developing an integrated digital roadmap to reach strategic digital objectives
• Reinforce DevSecOps best practices within digital engineering cloud environments at multiple classification levels
• Shepherd the application of DoD and IC security processes and procedures in program execution

Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and the ability to obtain SAPs
• Master’s Degree in a related technical field (e.g., Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Information Technology)
• 10+ years of experience supporting DoD and/or Intelligence Community (IC) software acquisition programs
• Expertise in DevSecOps implementation, hybrid/multi-cloud architecture design, and digital engineering ecosystem development
• Experience operating within SAP/SAR environments, including multi-level classification protocols and secure data handling

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification
• DevSecOps, Agile, or Scrum Master certifications
• Cloud Architecture certifications (e.g., AWS)
