Digital Engineering Lead (BIM)

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination efforts for multiple projects, collaborating with project managers, engineers, and contractors.
• Coordinate busbar services within multidisciplinary BIM models to identify and resolve design clashes and discrepancies.
• Manage and mentor a team of BIM coordinators to ensure successful execution of tasks.
• Develop and implement BIM execution plans, standards, and protocols to maintain quality across projects.
• Oversee the creation, maintenance, and management of BIM models, including data integration and clash detection.
• Conduct regular reviews of BIM models and drawings to ensure alignment with manufacturing and delivery standards.
• Work with technology teams to evaluate, implement, and optimize BIM software, tools, and workflows.
• Provide training and support to project teams and stakeholders on BIM processes and technologies.

Requirements

• Proficiency in BIM software including Revit, ACC, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, protocols, and industry best practices.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
• Familiarity with construction and design processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
• Previous knowledge of busbar systems is an advantage but not required.
