Digital Engagement Manager

Responsibilities

• Own digital customer engagement across a portfolio of 2,000+ accounts to drive activation, retention, and expansion.
• Execute strategic human touchpoints at key moments such as activation, expansion, renewals, and risk interventions.
• Build and run a 1:many communication engine, including lifecycle emails, feature updates, and webinars.
• Experiment with AI and automation to build triggered workflows and AI-assisted outreach.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and CS leadership to synthesize customer signals and churn reasons.
• Proactively shape and iterate on the scaled engagement motion.

Requirements

• Experience in Scaled/Digital Customer Success, Customer Marketing, or Lifecycle Marketing in high-growth tech.
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of accounts using systems and automation.
• Strong systems thinking and process-building skills.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with comfort using health-score dashboards.
• Commercial sharpness with experience handling renewal conversations and pricing.
• Technical aptitude and genuine enthusiasm for using AI to drive efficiency.
• Strong written communication skills for product updates and customer outreach.
• Entrepreneurial mindset biased toward rapid experimentation.
