Responsibilities
- Design high-quality digital assets across websites, landing pages, emails, CRM journeys, social media, and paid campaigns
- Translate brand strategy and commercial priorities into thoughtful brand design solutions
- Create responsive experiences across desktop and mobile environments
- Work within and contribute to design systems to ensure consistency and scalability
- Present and communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand, accessibility, and quality standards
- Contribute to the evolution of brand guidelines and design processes
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Design, Brand Design, or Visual Design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital work across multiple channels
- Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Extensive experience with responsive design and conversion-focused design
- Strong understanding of typography, hierarchy, layout, and composition
- Experience working with component-based design systems
- Solid understanding of accessibility and usability best practices
- Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with motion design and animation (After Effects, Lottie)
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML and CSS
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools (Figma AI, Claude, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly)
