Digital Designer

Responsibilities

• Design landing pages, eCommerce shopfronts, and digital ads
• Use Figma to transform wireframes into high-fidelity designs for Webflow or Shopify
• Create pixel-perfect, mobile-responsive digital experiences
• Edit and retouch images and create icons using Adobe Creative Suite
• Contribute to brand design systems for various telehealth brands
• Design, test, and optimize digital assets based on performance data
• Iterate designs based on user feedback and quantitative input

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar digital design role
• Expertise with standard digital design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design breadth
• Experience in landing pages and/or performance marketing design
• Ability to work with quantitative data to inform design decisions
• Excellent organization and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Webflow and/or Shopify
• Experience in the health and wellbeing industry
• Experience working in a startup environment
