Digital Designer

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable UI components and patterns within a cross-platform design system
• Define components, tokens, and usage guidelines for development workflows
• Translate strategy, UX, and brand into visually compelling interfaces for e-commerce projects
• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation and consistent quality
• Create high-quality digital experiences from initial concepts to polished UI
• Educate teams and clients on the value of system-driven design

Requirements

• Experience in digital design within e-commerce or product design
• Proven track record of managing design systems for large-scale digital products
• Strong skills in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout)
• Understanding of development handoff processes
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Ability to explain design rationale to clients and teammates

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with builder.io or similar automated design-to-development tools
• Portfolio showcasing digital UX/UI work with measurable impact
• Case studies of design system implementations
