Digital Designer

Responsibilities

• Craft best-in-class digital experiences that balance visual appeal with conversion goals
• Own and evolve the digital brand design system in partnership with engineering
• Define core visual principles including typography, space, layout, and color
• Partner with growth and brand teams to ensure visual consistency across digital touchpoints
• Use performance data to inform design decisions, prototyping, and testing
• Present design rationale and visual storytelling to C-suite stakeholders
• Design distinctive, on-brand email campaigns

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in digital or web design
• Foundational understanding of UX/UI design principles
• Expert proficiency in Figma, design tokens, and component libraries
• Experience with CMS environments like Contentful or Webflow
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual craft across web and email
• Sharp eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to design responsively across various screen sizes
