Digital Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition from traditional PMICs to Intelligent Power Systems by owning the full digital design cycle from architecture to tapeout.
• Develop optimized digital micro-architectures, translating complex requirements into efficient RTL and gate-level netlists.
• Design complex state machines, power sequencers, control loops, and data processing modules.
• Perform silicon debug, root-cause analysis, and drive design-to-silicon correlation.
• Implement and analyze digital filters and feedback loops using Z-domain analysis.
• Build high-speed, low-pin-count custom interface solutions using communication protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• 3 to 14 years of experience in Digital Design, specifically working with Mixed Signal ICs.
• Proficiency in Verilog and SystemVerilog for design and critical analysis.
• Deep understanding of the complete digital design flow from specification to tapeout.
• Hands-on experience with CDC (clock domain crossing) analysis and low power design techniques.
• Mastery of communication protocols including I2C, SPI, PMBUS, SVI3, and SVID.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of OTP, Efuse controllers, and various memory controllers.
• Experience with front-end flows and Lint flows.
• Ability to act as a technical leader and mentor within a team environment.
