Digital Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and support embedded control algorithms, architecture, and code using C/C++
• Perform FPGA/CPLD design, including VHDL coding, simulation, and synthesis
• Design schematics for components such as programmable logic, microcontrollers, and standard interfaces (LVDS, USB, Ethernet, etc.)
• Participate in all phases of hardware and firmware development, from initial design to production support
• Test firmware for compliance and performance using equipment like logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers

Requirements

• BSEE or BSCE from an accredited four-year college or university
• 4-10 years of experience developing and supporting embedded control systems
• Must be a US Person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident/Green Card Holder)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an RF/analog hardware environment
• Experience with embedded control design and coding specifically for the defense industry
• Proficiency with Agile software development and Git
• Experience with signal processing
