Digital Daily Banking & CASA Growth SME

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional working groups involving Digital, IT, Operations, Marketing, and Compliance to drive CASA growth.
• Define and own team-wide KPIs, governance calendars, and analytical dashboards tracking engagement and transaction metrics.
• Analyze customer financial behaviors and transaction patterns to design differentiated propositions for various segments, including Gold and Diamond tiers.
• Redesign the account opening journey to create a streamlined, digital-first experience, overseeing UX/UI requirements and IT execution.
• Map digital banking customer journeys to identify friction points and prioritize feature enhancements for mobile and web platforms.
• Design and implement a loyalty rewards program, defining earning mechanics and integrating it across the ecosystem.
• Drive bancassurance strategy, including partner identification, commercial negotiations, and managing SAMA regulatory approval processes.
• Develop training programs and communication guidelines to ensure staff readiness across branches and digital channels.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cross-functional leadership within a banking or fintech environment.
• Strong expertise in customer segmentation analysis and financial behavior modeling.
• Proficiency in UX/UI journey mapping and digital product transformation.
• Deep understanding of KPI definition and performance tracking via analytical dashboards.
• Comprehensive knowledge of SAMA regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
• Experience in designing loyalty programs or bancassurance distribution models.
