Digital Customer Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the digital solutions sales team during DISH customer registration
• Advise and support DISH Professional customers in developing DISH tools
• Analyze and monitor DISH tool KPIs to determine priorities and customer approach strategies
• Ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions aligned with customer needs
• Conduct online training for DISH customers to improve online presence and sales
• Develop and maintain periodic sales reports for digital solutions
• Administer DISH applications by analyzing user perspective and proposing improvements

Requirements

• Knowledge of the HoReCa industry
• Experience in selling digital solutions (retail or hospitality preferred)
• Proficiency with marketing tools and social media platforms
• Strong telephone communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and build relationships
• Analytical and influential communication skills
• Minimum secondary education
