About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume portfolio of mid-market accounts using scalable engagement models, including automation and self-service resources.
  • Drive rapid time-to-value through the coordination of onboarding, training, and enablement programs.
  • Monitor customer health dashboards using product adoption and feature utilization metrics to identify churn risk and expansion opportunities.
  • Apply cohort analysis and customer segmentation to optimize engagement strategies across the portfolio.
  • Develop targeted customer communications and scalable playbooks to reduce reliance on direct touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams to ensure seamless handoffs and fast issue resolution.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of customer success experience in SaaS, specifically managing high-volume portfolios.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze customer usage data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency with customer success platforms such as Gainsight, Vitally, or Totango.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence concepts.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with BI platforms like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with AI agents, AI apps, or AI-powered workflows in a business context.
  • Basic SQL knowledge and comfort with cloud data warehouse concepts.
  • Experience building customer health scores and success metrics frameworks.
