Responsibilities
- Assist with live stenographic Prevail depositions and sessions
- Record sessions on the Prevail platform
- Perform deposition reads and swear in witnesses
- Mark and maintain exhibits
- Monitor and manage sessions
- Assist with technical and administrative needs during sessions
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Current Notary License for the state of Missouri
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience with video conferencing or database platforms
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Full understanding of the legal process and requirements for the state of Missouri
- Possession of a webcam, headset, and computer
