Digital Copywriter

Responsibilities

• Create clear, user-friendly content for Help Center articles and knowledge base entries by translating complex product logic into actionable guidance
• Craft original campaign messaging that reflects brand values and supports marketing objectives
• Produce engaging, persuasive copy across multiple channels including websites, system communications, email campaigns, and UX/UI
• Edit and enhance existing content to ensure consistency with marketing strategy, tone, and positioning
• Partner with Product Managers, UX designers, and marketers to deliver concise messaging for both everyday users and seasoned traders

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in copywriting, journalism, UX writing, or related content roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, English, or a related field
• Chinese language proficiency is required to read Chinese PRDs and communicate with stakeholders
• Strong technical writing skills with the ability to structure complex information simply
• Ability to integrate AI workflows into daily tasks to optimize delivery performance
• Experience in cryptocurrency, fintech, or traditional finance is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using GenAI tools as part of a writing and content development workflow
• 2+ years of agency experience or equivalent creative industry experience across digital and social media
• A portfolio demonstrating strategic brand-building concepts executed across multiple platforms
