Digital Content Strategist and Writer Associate

Responsibilities

• Develop educational articles and compelling digital content focused on investing, personal finance, and market commentary.
• Write and assign copy for various formats, including web-based articles, emails, and newsletters.
• Collaborate with freelancers, in-house subject matter experts, thought leaders, and product leads to create high-quality content.
• Leverage materials from various lines of business within J.P. Morgan to provide timely and relevant information to clients.
• Monitor progress against KPIs and report on the book of work using data and analytics.
• Manage multiple strategic content projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3+ years of experience writing and/or editing for digital content, news media organizations, or financial institutions.
• Proven experience writing about financial topics such as investments, trading, retirement, and wealth management.
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to make complex financial concepts approachable.
• Familiarity with data and analytics platforms and a commitment to data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Highly organized, collaborative, and able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SEO best practices and optimization.
• Experience covering financial news.
• Proficiency with data & analytics platforms such as Adobe or Tableau.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Relevant financial credentials.
