Digital Content Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage social media content operations across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Partner with physicians to plan, record, and produce video and written content
• Film, edit, and produce end-to-end video content including educational pieces and lab features
• Write and edit copy for social posts and short-form digital content
• Own the content calendar and manage publishing workflows
• Monitor channel performance and provide strategic recommendations based on analytics
• Apply HIPAA and healthcare communication standards to all content

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing
• Portfolio demonstrating video production and social content work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite)
• Proficiency with studio equipment including camera, lighting, and audio
• Experience in healthcare, scientific, or B2B environments preferred
