Responsibilities

• Develop and produce original, high-quality multimedia content including written posts, graphics, and videos.
• Create platform-native copy optimized for specific channel audience behaviors and technical requirements.
• Transform existing print content into engaging digital formats suitable for online consumption.
• Produce real-time content that capitalizes on trending topics, current events, and cultural moments.
• Collaborate with designers and creative teams to ensure content meets brand standards and platform best practices.
• Contribute to content calendar development with innovative ideas to drive engagement.
• Optimize content for discoverability using relevant hashtags, keywords, and platform-specific SEO techniques.
• Monitor content performance and audience responses to inform future content decisions.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in languages, arts, journalism, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a digital content creator.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital audience behavior.
• Excellent English grammar and spelling skills.
• High level of creativity and editorial versatility.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
