Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital content strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions
• Create, curate, and manage high-quality content across social media, blogs, email campaigns, and website
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to provide actionable insights
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital content marketing trends and tools
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Prepare regular reports on content performance for key stakeholders
• Ensure all content reflects BJAK’s brand voice and quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in digital content creation or social media management
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns
• Deep understanding of digital channels, content strategies, and algorithms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with digital analytics tools to track performance and ROI
• Ability to multitask and deliver results under tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills
