Digital Content Experience Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery and optimization of Member Association website migrations into Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Lead content creation for Member Association sites, managing end-to-end delivery and stakeholder relationships.
• Create, edit, and optimize web content across the tennis.com.au ecosystem to ensure engagement and SEO alignment.
• Maintain content workflows, publishing processes, redirects, and governance within AEM.
• Collaborate with internal editorial, digital, and technology teams to ensure consistent digital experiences.
• Support Member Associations with platform adoption and operational readiness.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar enterprise CMS.
• Tertiary degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in digital content creation, production, and SEO optimization.
• Strong background in content governance and digital experience management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
