Digital Consulting Manager-Oracle HCM Payroll/Managed Services

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, shaping, and delivery of technology solutions that align with client goals and missions
• Manage client relationships by building long-standing trust and collaboration
• Oversee Managed Services delivery and transition methodologies
• Mentor junior staff on engagement teams, providing expertise, feedback, and encouragement
• Solve complex client challenges through a combination of strategy and technical expertise

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 5-7+ years of experience in Oracle delivery, managed services, or enterprise IT services
• Deep functional expertise in the Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll module
• Demonstrated leadership experience at the Manager level
• Strong knowledge of Managed Services delivery frameworks
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Canadian citizenship is required for TN visa eligibility to support U.S. travel as needed
