Digital Consulting Associate-Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR)

Responsibilities

• Support the selection, planning, and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions to drive client digital transformation
• Manage project workstreams, including work plan management, analytics, and reporting
• Conduct requirements analysis and translate meeting information into detailed documentation and functional specifications
• Perform testing and troubleshooting to ensure system integrity and resolve issues
• Interface directly with client staff and leadership through presentations and collaborative sessions
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with internal project teams to ensure high-quality delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 2-4 years of experience in requirements analysis, functional specification writing, and testing/troubleshooting
• Strong analytical and communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
• High attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to support client or internal project teams
