Digital Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead digital strategy implementation across major projects
• Manage BIM execution plans and support information exchange requirements
• Handle risks and resolve issues affecting project delivery
• Liaise and engage with clients regarding BIM and digital delivery
• Ensure use of common data environments and adherence to ISO 19650
• Manage, share, and exchange information across relevant projects

Requirements

• Managerial level knowledge of BIM standards and ISO 19650
• Proficiency in emerging software and industry developments
• Knowledge of ADMM and National Highways standards
• Experience in design review processes and model management
• Ability to lead BIM clash detection processes and meetings
• Demonstrable experience delivering infrastructure or buildings
• Ability to manage multiple processes and schemes to tight deadlines
