Digital Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of digital construction and information management processes across assigned projects
• Embed Kier's Digital-by-Default internal processes to ensure digital ways of working are adopted from mobilisation to completion
• Ensure project information management processes align with ISO 19650-2, including information delivery planning
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and day-to-day support to Digital Construction Coordinators and wider project teams
• Champion innovation by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and collaboration through digital tools and workflows

Requirements

• Good understanding of BIM, digital construction, and information management principles within design and construction
• Working knowledge of ISO 19650-2 and the ability to apply its requirements to project delivery
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain digital processes to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven ability to build effective working relationships with project teams, design partners, clients, and supply chain partners
• A collaborative and approachable manner with a passion for digital transformation
