Digital Construction Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing user support and training for all project stakeholders on digital construction software
• Ensure BIM Execution Plans are delivered against and the Common Data Environment adheres to ISO 19650
• Contribute to monthly reports to identify and measure digital implementation and maturity within projects
• Support the adoption of a digital-first mentality across functional departments including estimating, design management, and planning
• Promote continuous improvement by challenging the status quo and sharing innovative ideas

Requirements

• Strong communicator capable of building positive relationships with diverse teams and supply chain partners
• Sound understanding of the ISO 19650 series and openBIM standards (such as IFC and COBie)
• Experience with software tools used to view and interrogate models
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• Enthusiastic, resilient, and driven to support continuous improvement and new technologies
