Digital Communications Officer

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar for LinkedIn, Instagram, and email
• Write, design, and publish posts highlighting expertise, people, and services
• Manage day-to-day activity and engagement on social media channels
• Coordinate and send regular email campaigns and newsletters
• Align messaging with business goals in collaboration with the leadership team
• Track performance across all channels and provide actionable reports
• Stay current with industry trends in cloud, cybersecurity, and digital communications

Requirements

• Proven experience managing LinkedIn and Instagram
• Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot
• Understanding of B2B communication and professional audiences
• Basic design skills in Canva
• Knowledge of analytics and performance metrics
• Fluency in French and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the tech, cybersecurity, or cloud sectors
