About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and produce branded email communications using third-party systems, including imagery coordination and layout review.
- Create website postings in coordination with the Website team and incorporate them into e-communications.
- Analyze and report statistical information regarding email open rates, mailing list accuracy, and CRM activity levels.
- Train business development team members and staff on e-communications processes and reporting metrics.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Technology team to append profile data for improved marketing opportunities.
- Conduct primary and secondary research to respond to routine and complex inquiries.
- Monitor Marketing Technology Outlook aliases and respond to requests in a timely manner.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required (College degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of related job experience, preferably in a law firm, professional services, or creative agency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong data gathering and analytical skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail regarding spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
- Ability to manage a large volume of work and prioritize tasks under pressure.
