Digital Commerce Lead

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Saudi Arabia Digital Commerce strategy across all digital routes to market, including eGrocery, ePharmacy, Q-Commerce, and marketplaces
• Own full commercial accountability for Digital Commerce performance, including revenue, value share, and profitability
• Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) with key digital partners and strategic priority accounts
• Drive the Pharma Connect and B2B Digital Commerce strategy to improve pharmacy and institutional engagement
• Ensure best-in-class digital shelf standards, including availability, pricing integrity, and content quality
• Define and lead the retail media strategy to optimize ROAS and media-driven revenue
• Partner with Supply Chain to improve forecasting accuracy and inventory readiness for digital channels
• Act as the Digital Commerce capability leader, educating and upskilling cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of experience in FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, or Digital Commerce
• Proven leadership experience across eGrocery, ePharmacy, Q-Commerce, or B2B digital platforms
• Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabia digital and pharmacy ecosystem
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders
