Digital Command Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Adjust machines, tools, fixtures, and parts to ensure optimal setup
• Perform machining, drilling, cutting, forming, and surface/thermal treatment operations
• Follow predefined processes and monitor machine trajectory and behavior during operations
• Ensure part conformity for all machining, drilling, cutting, and forming tasks using reference parts and definitions
• Monitor process compliance and maintain high quality standards throughout the production cycle

Requirements

• Proven experience in machine adjustment and tool/fixture setup
• Proficiency in machining operations, including drilling and cutting
• Experience with forming and surface treatment processes
• Ability to perform process trajectory control and monitor machine behavior
• Strong commitment to quality compliance and technical accuracy
