About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the commercial strategy for accessory categories aligned with company digital objectives.
- Analyze sales behavior, margins, conversion, and profitability to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage the online assortment, ensuring correct product selection, availability, and visibility.
- Design and implement commercial and promotional actions to maximize category performance.
- Conduct market, competitor, and consumer trend analysis to detect new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with Purchasing, Marketing, CRM, Digital Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams.
- Optimize website navigation, categorization, and product positioning to improve customer experience.
- Perform sales forecasting and monitor KPIs to propose data-driven action plans.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration (ADE), Marketing, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Category Manager, Merchandiser, or in commercial management within E-commerce environments.
- Strong analytical capacity and a results-oriented mindset.
- Proven experience working with digital business KPIs and analytical tools.
- Deep knowledge of market trends and digital consumer behavior.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English.
