About the role
Responsibilities
- Own digital strategy and delivery for client campaigns, including paid social, email, organic content, and short-form video.
- Film and edit social video content such as Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and explainers.
- Set up and manage paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and TikTok, including audience targeting and performance reporting.
- Build and manage websites and landing pages using WordPress or equivalent tools.
- Develop content strategies grounded in an understanding of political and public affairs audience behavior.
- Act as the digital lead on client accounts, working closely with policy, research, and corporate affairs teams.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience running digital or social media campaigns.
- Strong video production and editing skills specifically for social media (e.g., Premiere Rush, CapCut).
- Proven experience managing paid social campaigns across at least two major platforms (Meta and LinkedIn preferred).
- Political and policy literacy with a genuine interest in how public opinion works.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone across different clients and channels.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design.
- Experience using CRM or email marketing platforms.
- Background working within a campaigning organization, political party, media outlet, or public affairs agency.
