Digital Campaign, SEM and Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital performance campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, metasearch engines, and retargeting.
• Monitor campaign performance by market and channel, analyzing key KPIs such as conversion, CPA, and ROI.
• Identify deviations from objectives and propose corrective actions based on data-driven insights.
• Manage and implement tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM) to ensure accurate measurement of events and conversions (GA4, etc.).
• Prepare clear, structured, and actionable reports to translate data into business insights.
• Coordinate with internal marketing, product, and data teams to support digital campaign execution.
• Apply artificial intelligence solutions to improve campaign efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing performance-based digital campaigns.
• Strong proficiency in Google Ads and Bing Ads management.
• Deep understanding of performance KPIs (CPA, ROI, conversion rates).
• Advanced skills in data analysis and exploitation for continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Fluent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Organized, methodical profile with a strong analytical mindset.
