Digital Campaign Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute integrated marketing and recruitment campaign strategies including website, PPC, paid media, and SEO.
• Oversee communications operations, including email scheduling, recipient lists, and drip campaigns via Slate CRM.
• Manage and maintain website SEO and provide optimization recommendations based on analytic insights.
• Supervise the Digital Campaign Coordinator, including training, development, and task delegation.
• Coordinate with web, analytics, and creative teams to ensure proper tracking and timely delivery of campaign assets.
• Assist the Director of Marketing and Communications with yearly digital strategy for Admissions, the Graduate School, and Development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree.
• 8+ years of experience in marketing or a related field.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Extensive experience working within a CRM.
• An acceptance of and commitment to Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Slate CRM.
• Experience managing direct reports.
• Prior work experience with a liberal arts college or university.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.
• Familiarity with nontraditional digital communications like video, podcasts, and photography.
