About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive inbound and signal-based outbound outreach across multiple opportunity types including chat, MQLs, and ecommerce triggers
- Independently close transactional digital opportunities and manage negotiations to achieve ACV and revenue targets
- Identify whitespace and expansion opportunities within existing digital accounts through consultative discovery
- Analyze conversion performance and leverage CRM analytics to refine outreach strategies and improve forecast reliability
- Deliver high-quality consultative engagement across phone, chat, and email channels
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to optimize digital sales processes and campaigns
Requirements
- Fluency in English plus one or two other European languages (such as German, French, Italian, or Spanish)
- 3+ years of experience in inside sales, SaaS, or technology sales
- Proven track record of consistent quota attainment
- Experience managing moderate-complexity digital transactions end-to-end
- Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical skills and experience selling across phone, chat, and email channels
