About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and own a qualified pipeline of net-new enterprise and large mid-market prospects in KSA
- Lead the full sales cycle from outreach and discovery to commercial negotiation and closing
- Land engagements anchored in digital transformation, CX strategy, and martech deployments
- Build working relationships with partner managers at Adobe, Salesforce, IBM, and Acquia
- Drive deal registration and co-sell motions within the partner ecosystem
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report weekly on pipeline movement
Requirements
- 6–10 years in business development or client acquisition for a digital agency, consultancy, or martech/SaaS vendor
- Proven record of closing net-new enterprise logos in Saudi Arabia
- Active network among marketing, digital, and CX decision-makers in KSA
- Working knowledge of enterprise martech platforms like Adobe Experience Cloud or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate with valid KSA work eligibility
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing relationships with regional platform partner/alliance managers
- Experience selling CX or digital transformation programs to automotive, energy, BFSI, or F&B sectors
- Prior agency-side experience regarding delivery economics and deal structuring
