Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
- Document and analyze user journeys and business processes
- Ensure business requirements align with Ministry-approved technical standards
- Develop User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios in collaboration with quality teams
- Manage and document change requests throughout the project lifecycle
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
- Experience in digital transformation or government projects is highly preferred
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
