Digital Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Prepare comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
• Document and analyze user journeys and business processes
• Ensure business requirements align with Ministry-approved technical standards
• Develop User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios in collaboration with quality teams
• Manage and document change requests throughout the project lifecycle
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• Arabic language proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital transformation projects
• Experience working on government-sector projects
