Digital Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform simple annotation-related tasks in narrow ML data process areas including audio, image, and video files
• Create high-quality written content for videos and images
• Label objects on audio, image, and video files using internal tools
• Apply linguistic rules and grammar knowledge to ensure text adheres to proper syntax
• Maintain high internal quality through quality audits and verification
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets
• Track daily task completion and provide individual status reports
• Adhere to strict confidentiality and compliance requirements regarding customer data

Requirements

• Strong command of the English language including grammar and syntax
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows desktop environments
• Analytical mindset to evaluate and interpret data
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high attention to detail
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, nights, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in linguistics, creative writing, or computational linguistics
• Degree in Business, Journalism, Marketing, or Communications
• Experience in multicultural communication or familiarity with US culture
