Digital Assets Trader

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize profitable trading strategies across CeFi and/or DeFi markets
• Contribute to the 24/7 trading, monitoring, and risk management of digital asset strategies
• Identify and capitalize on market inefficiencies across exchanges, instruments, and protocols
• Collaborate with global teams to enhance execution, tooling, and trading infrastructure
• Contribute research and insights to improve overall team performance and strategy portfolio

Requirements

• Experience at a leading proprietary trading firm or a proven track record of profitability
• Demonstrated ownership of trading strategies running in production
• Experience in low-latency CeFi trading and/or on-chain (DeFi) trading
• Strong understanding of execution, liquidity, and market dynamics
• Experience with latency-sensitive systems and exchange APIs
• Ability to generate and validate trading ideas using data and real-time feedback
• Strong quantitative skills with programming and data handling capabilities (Python, SQL)
