Digital Assets Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the development of digital asset offerings and consulting projects focused on adoption, regulation, and technology implementation.
• Drive digital asset transformation programs, including strategy development, operating model changes, and technology implementations.
• Assess digital asset use cases within regulated financial institutions and map them to tangible business value.
• Evaluate and implement digital asset custody solutions and financial-crime ecosystem solutions (transaction monitoring, onboarding, investigations).
• Manage all project phases, including client buy-in, planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Support business development efforts to originate new client opportunities and develop next-generation technology offerings.
• Evaluate tradeoffs among various blockchains for regulated financial services use cases.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional services or management consulting experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of digital assets experience leading financial services client engagements or workstreams.
• Experience designing or assessing operating models, governance, or risk and control frameworks within regulated financial institutions.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to travel up to 80% as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive transformation strategy or operating model design experience specifically within digital assets for banking and capital markets.
• Experience building next-generation analytic capabilities (e.g., AI, GenAI, data models) for digital assets.
• Proven track record of managing relationships with senior client executives.
• Advanced degree or relevant financial industry certification.
