Digital Assets Consultant

Responsibilities

• Design and implement transformation programs that integrate strategy, technology, and operations to create enterprise value.
• Support the development of digital asset offerings and the delivery of complex consulting projects.
• Design or assess operating models, governance, and risk & control frameworks for regulated financial services institutions.
• Partner with business leaders to deliver successful tech-enabled transformations.
• Manage client engagements across the full delivery lifecycle, including business development and engagement management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional services experience in technology or management consulting.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital assets with financial services client engagements.
• Experience working within or across banking (including payments) and capital markets.
• Proven experience in operating model design, governance, or risk and control frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to travel up to 80% as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in transformation strategy or operating model design specifically for digital assets.
• Experience building next-generation analytic capabilities such as AI, GenAI, or data models for digital assets.
• Experience selecting, implementing, or operating digital-asset financial-crime ecosystem solutions.
• Demonstrated track record of developing and managing senior client relationships.
• Advanced degree or relevant financial industry certification.
