Digital Assets Business Relations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the expansion of the stablecoin ecosystem by identifying and engaging potential customers, including exchanges, payment processors, and fintechs.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to grow transaction volume and user base.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with banks, payment providers, and blockchain projects.
• Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline, tracking business development metrics and reporting to executive management.
• Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure all business activities adhere to AML/KYC and evolving regulatory requirements.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and forums to promote brand awareness and credibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, account management, or client relations within fintech, crypto, or financial services.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, digital wallets, crypto exchanges, and ATM transaction systems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
• Proven track record of building strategic financial partnerships or launching new fintech/crypto products.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or relevant professional certifications (CFA, FinTech, or Blockchain).
• Existing professional relationships with banks, ATM providers, or fintech platforms.
• Knowledge of crypto regulation, compliance (KYC/AML), and digital asset custody.
• Experience in B2B sales for crypto or payment technologies.
